New services for exit, entry administration unveiled
    2019-10-10  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

THE exit and entry administration of the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau unveiled eight convenient services to further improve the city’s business environment and residents’ well-being, the Shenzhen Economic Daily reported.

These include providing convenient business filing and documenting services for academician and expert working stations, post-doctoral research centers and innovation practice bases that are registered in the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qianhai and Shekou Area and recognized by the Shenzhen Association for Science and Technology.

The authority will also provide convenient business filing and documenting services for financial institutions that register in the Qianhai and Shekou area and are approved by national financial departments as well as enterprise headquarters approved by the Qianhai Authority.

Business registration and documentation for institutions and enterprises should be claimed according to their actual needs, but there is no limitation on the amount. The validity period is the same as the accreditation period, and the maximum period is three years.

The service is also available for national and city-level talents working in the Qianhai and Shekou area, provincial talents and those who have received PhDs from world-renowned universities and signed contracts for over three years with enterprises and institutions registered in the Qianhai and Shekou area.

Unified signs for self-service machines for entry and exit administration are in use. Additionally, anti-fraud QR codes have been posted in the waiting areas for visa services to provide anti-scam knowledge for residents.

The Luohu entry and exit smart office was officially launched to offer smart services for entry and exit service items. The smart office’s business scope will be expanded. Applicants over 60 years old can enjoy smart services when handling relevant business.

The convenient business filing and documenting services are being piloted in the Qianhai and Shekou area and will then be applied citywide.
