THE referential rent standards for industrial premises in Bao’an District in 2019 was officially published Thursday. The monthly rent per square meter ranges from 10 to 45 yuan (US$1-6), the Bao’an Daily reported.

A woman surnamed Yang, an executive with Zhongyin Printing Products Co. Ltd., said the referential rent standards would help to stabilize industrial rents.

Bao’an entrusted Shenzhen House Leasing Industry Association to provide professional instruction, research and analysis for the compilation of the rent standards.

The district completed a comprehensive investigation into the rental fees for the industrial properties in 1,726 communities at the end of September.

Bao’an sent 5,300 community workers to inspect 18,462 industrial buildings, and verify and collect more than 19,500 and almost 200,000 pieces of information, respectively, by going into each industrial premise to ask about the price and verify the reality by checking the lease contract.

The team then came up with accurate and scientific referential rent standards for the industrial premises in Bao’an.

The action is one of the most important measures for stabilizing the industrial rent.

Next, Bao’an will protect the real economy by coming up with an effective supervision and management mechanism and space guarantee system.
