7 dead SEVEN of the eight miners trapped in a coal and gas blast in Southwest China’s Guizhou Province last Monday were confirmed dead, as rescuers retrieved the last body yesterday. Only one miner came out alive after the accident in the Sanjia coal mine in the city of Bijie. The cause of the accident is still under investigation. ETC users THE country has more than 174 million electronic toll collection (ETC) users across the country, showed data from the Ministry of Transport.
