Lu Xinqi, Class 4, Junior 3, Shenzhen Yadi School Instructed by Shi Junxia Every coin has two sides, so there are various kinds of opinions about homework. I am prepared to show you my ideas. To some students, doing homework is a waste of time. However, the others consider homework a vital part of their study. Personally, I do not agree with their ideas. I feel sure that the most important thing to getting good marks is to listen to the teacher carefully and learn what the teacher says by heart after understanding. Undoubtedly, practice makes perfect, but a sensible quantity of homework is enough because it’s the quality of homework that is more essential. In fact, we cannot really avoid homework, so how can we face it and cope with it well? Here come my suggestions. On one hand, we should manage our time and do homework with full attention. On the other hand, recording the time you spend on each task is a good way to reduce wasted time. Additionally, you can have a talk with your teachers to suggest arranging different homework for different students. Though there are many ways to overcome the problems of homework, you may still feel tired and anxious. Nothing is more important than to set a goal for yourself. You will gain mental strength to face difficulties through this. All in all, we must spend some time on the things that make us feel relaxed to make sure we will fight on with inner peace and pleasure. At last, I hope my advice helps you. I wish for us all to enjoy a satisfactory and colorful school life. |
