Robots deliver meals
    2020-02-13  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

A robot moves to deliver meals to employees at a company in Shenzhen Bay Science Park in Nanshan District yesterday. The robot, called Candle and developed by Candela (Shenzhen) Technology Innovation Co., Ltd., is able to navigate elevators and floors to deliver meals in office buildings. The park has 30 such robots able to deliver 500-1,000 meals each day. Robot delivery was launched amid the novel coronavirus epidemic to reduce the risk of infection between humans.  (Story on Page 2)   Sun Yuchen
