Light show pays tribute to female medics
    2020-03-09  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

The portrait of a medical worker lights up the side of a skyscraper in Futian CBD on Saturday. A light show featuring the portraits of 15 front-line female medics had been playing at the section of Shennan Boulevard from Shanghai Hotel to Shenzhen Theater and near Civic Center since Saturday, paying tribute to the female medical personnel who were dispatched to Hubei Province, the epicenter of the COVID-19 outbreak, as well as those working at the Shenzhen No. 3 People’s Hospital, the city’s designated hospital for treating COVID-19 patients. The International Women’s Day special-edition light show ended last night.          Lin Songtao
