New culture center

WORK on the Shenzhen Literature and Arts Center, another important culture landmark, started Wednesday.

Expressway expansion

THE 122-km Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway will be expanded into a two-way, 12-lane expressway, according to an environmental impact report on the renovation of Xintang Flyover released March 20.
