An online roadshow of the Shenzhen session of the fifth Tsinghua Alumni Sanchuang Contest, a contest aiming to encourage ideas of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, was held on May 16, marking the beginning of this year’s competition in the city. More than a dozen of teams, bringing with them projects in six designated tracks, namely TMT/AI/big data/5G/blockchain, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, integrated circuit, living environment, and culture/creativity/sports, participated in the roadshow. Each team presented its projects’ features and advantages in a variety of forms such as business plans and videos. A panel of judges then asked each team questions regarding the project, and evaluated it based upon its positioning, prospect, model of commercialization, as well as analysis and comparison between the project and competing projects of similar types.
