Shenzhen foundation donates testing equipment to Greece

Greek Health Minister Vassilis Kikilias (R) attends a virtual ceremony in Athens, capital of Greece, on Tuesday, at which Shenzhen Mammoth Foundation announced to donate key laboratory testing equipment for COVID-19 to Greece to assist the country’s fight against the pandemic. The Huo Yan (Fire Eye) lab core equipment developed by Shenzhen’s biotech company BGI Group was donated to the National Kapodistrian University of Athens’ Microbiology Lab to help improve the overall detection flux. Greece has registered 3,148 confirmed cases, including 185 deaths, according to the latest official count.Xinhua
