A GROUP of female residents in Shenzhen were invited to the Shekou Net Valley Service Center in Zhaoshang Subdistrict, Nanshan District, on Friday to share their understandings of and experiences regarding “Power of Women” from different perspectives.

The event “Zhaoshang Story Series — The Power of Women” was hosted by the Zhaoshang Subdistrict Party Work Committee and Zhaoshang Subdistrict Office, co-hosted by Shekou Net Valley Party Committee and organized by Shenzhen Nanshan Southwind Social Work Service Center. Ms. Wei Tingting, director of the Party Service Center of Zhaoshang Subdistrict, attended the event along with 60 or so other guests.

Working mother Liang Dongfen said, “I think a strong girl should have her own dreams and things she loves and knows where she is heading to. More importantly, she should work hard to fight for her goals. In this way she will be strong enough to overcome difficulties and ultimately realize her dreams.”

Brand manager Gerasimova Ksenia from Russia noted, “I am very happy that I am able to be an important part of the interaction of Western and Eastern cultures through fashion. I strive to ensure that as many women as possible understand themselves and express themselves stylishly. Because the ability to express yourself is very important in order to feel happy.”
