New viaducts NINE new viaducts will be built to connect with Xincheng Overpass to enhance connectivity between Nanshan and Bao’an districts, according to a plan released by Shenzhen Planning and Nature Resources Bureau on its official website. The nine viaducts will connect to the overpass, located at the border of Qianhai, Nanshan and Bao’an. The viaducts, 4.25 kilometers long in total, will improve the connection between Nanping Expressway and Bao’an Boulevard, and improve regional traffic network in general. Traffic in bonded area COMMUTERS in the Futian Bonded Area will be able to access Metro service thanks to the extension of Line 3 that is scheduled to open later this year. The extension runs about 1.5 kilometers and has one station, Fubao Station. It solves the commuting difficulties of coming to and leaving the Futian Bonded Zone, which is separated by Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway from the rest of the city. |
