Lin Songtao 254238712@qq.com THE COVID-19 pandemic reminds people of the significance of exercising and staying healthy. But do you really know the right ways to keep fit, and do you know some of the misunderstandings about health? A fitness training session organized by Voices Wellness that was held last week at Park Hyatt Shenzhen in Futian District provided some answers. First, Ed Curtain, a renowned wellness expert and practitioner from Australia, had a chat with audiences about topics that included understanding the difference between health and wellness, the ways people can live a life of wellness through seven habits, foods to eat to lose fat, ways to keep a positive mind through writing down three things you’re grateful for every day, how to keep a youthful skin, and what exercises one should do for a beautiful body. Then, Jade Chen, a health and wellness professional specializing in mindful movement, interacted with participants in a meditation workshop, and introduced some knowledge about breathing. And finally, with the shine of dusk approaching, a teacher from lululemon, a yoga sports brand, led participants in a yoga session in a peaceful atmosphere.
