Visitors create mosaics using grains including soybeans, black soybeans, mung beans and millet at the Arts and Crafts Factory at Mission Hills in Longhua District on Friday, a part of the year called the Frost’s Descent, one of the 24 solar terms of the Chinese lunar calendar. A handmade arts festival themed “The 24 Solar Terms” is being held at the factory including various traditional activities: paper cutting, oil painting, ceramic painting and wax printing.  Sun Yuchen
