Ferry service from Shekou to HK airport to resume
    2020-10-26  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

THE ferry service from Shekou Cruise Homeport to Hong Kong International Airport will resume starting from Wednesday, sources from the Shenzhen Municipal office of Port of Entry and Exit said.

Outbound passengers are not allowed to make a stopover in other places in Hong Kong except the airport, said the port office, citing the results of discussions with the Hong Kong government.

Passengers departing from Shenzhen need to provide a printed nucleic acid test, showing negative results, that has been taken within 72 hours before boarding.

Additionally, passengers need to sign an acknowledgement letter that they will voluntarily accept a 14-day quarantine in Shenzhen if they are unable to take a flight from Hong Kong and are sent back to Shenzhen, for personal reasons or forces outside the control of the Hong Kong airport.

The ferry service from Hong Kong airport to Shenzhen remains closed.
