Recently I had to drive several times to Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport and as I departed from the Shekou Ferry Terminal I approached via Xinghai Boulevard that crosses with Qianwan 3rd Road just before turning left on to the entry ramp for S3 and approaching the toll gate. It happens quite regularly that toll gate traffic is backed up as far as Xinghai Boulevard and Qianwan 3rd Road and it takes at least 30 minutes to get through the toll gate. There are hundreds of yellow sand trucks taking this entry as well as many container trucks and apparently only a few of them have ETC (Electronic Toll Collection). We should enforce ETC for the yellow sand trucks or have a more efficient way of handing out the tokens for the toll road.
