SHENZHEN Institute of Consumption Quality officially launched a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey to select resident-favored dining venues for the Chinese New Year’s Eve lunch and dinner Wednesday. A total of 10,000 consumer representatives will participate in ranking 1,000 selected restaurants across the city from five aspects, specifically brand, taste, food appearance, restaurant environment and service. These restaurants include those enjoying high popularity among consumers or recommended by insiders of related industries, and those that have applied for the survey on their own. The survey result will be released after the Spring Festival to unveil the top 100 favored restaurants in the city, Shenzhen Special Zone Daily reported. The survey, guided by the Shenzhen Municipal Commerce Bureau and Shenzhen Consumer Council, will help improve the competitiveness of the dining industry and invigorate the consumption power of consumers.
