E-service station for Loop area inaugurated
    2021-02-22  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

THE comprehensive e-service station for the Loop area of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone was officially inaugurated Friday, offering a one-stop administrative and customs service for technology enterprises, institutions and high-tech talents.

The public service center, located on the first floor of the Chuanglingtong Science and Technology Building in Futian Bonded Zone, is the city’s first credit-based service hall integrating customs and local administrative approvals.

As a platform to pilot the city’s credit approval system reform in customs and administrative services, Shenzhen Customs set up six counters to offer 42 service items in five categories, including customs clearance, bonded affairs and vehicle administration. As an administrative service hall of Futian District Government, the hall offers 360 administrative service items covering customs, public security, traffic police, finance and high-end talent employment.

The station takes the lead to pilot credit-based notification and commitment program, allowing more than 300 business items to be accepted and reviewed on deficiency and more than 100 items to be approved instantly online. It reduces requirements for applications and improves approval efficiency for trustworthy enterprises and institutions. In the first batch of approved items, the center introduced a filing mechanism for the assessment report of water use and saving in construction projects, and 61 notification and commitment items for the district’s investment and talent invitation projects.

Relying on 5G technology, the center offers online interview service to bridge governments and enterprises and break down silos of different government agencies.

Besides administrative service, the e-station will be multifunctional with other services like exhibition and exchanges, business negotiations and leisure and entertainment information.
