A letter of proposal

Pan Yijia, Shenzhen Foreign Languages School Instructed by Yang Suning

Dear fellow students,

With the fast-paced development of science and technology, livestreaming has come under the public spotlight, and also into the sights of us students. Many of us are now wallowing in the tingles of excitement that livestreaming has brought about. Precious hours and days are abused just to follow different things and people.

Such students cling to amusement instead of achievements, squandering their youth, which has led to serious consequences. The majority of them are suffering from a decline in academic performance, and the situation has never ceased to escalate. Also, watching livestreaming continuously results in health problems, mostly to the eyes.

Faced with such terrible facts, I would like to make a firm proposal that we put a ban on livestreaming. It is high time that we put some limits on the use of electric devices. Only after completing academic tasks can we use them properly. Besides, we should also recognize and select the livestreaming worth-watching, aiming to seek knowledge by various means.

Sincerely yours,

Pan Yijia
