Oil paintings

Oil paintings by Li Mingchang and Zhang Jinhui are on display at the “Beyond Social Text” exhibition until June 20.

Venue: Pingshan Art Museum’s outlet inside Pingshan Central Park (坪山区中心公园内坪山美术馆公园馆)

Great Art Space

The “One’s Universe” exhibition, running until May 9, features the works of five illustrators: Flame, Liang Xiaoping, Lin Zilin, Nikon and Zhong Junkun, who are involved in a variety of styles and mediums. The “Early Summer” exhibition, running until June 30, features 30 oil paintings and ceramic artworks by three Shenzhen artists, Li Yong, Ying Maike and Zhang Huiling.

Enrico Bach’s paintings

German artist Enrico Bach is exhibiting his abstract paintings until June 16.

Illustrations at Alili Art

Two illustration exhibitions (30 yuan) featuring China in old European prints and works from Chinese illustrator Li Min are on display until May 9. The exhibition “Ancient European Prints of the 19th Century” organized by the Shenzhen Illustration Association showcases more than 100 precious works. Another exhibition “The Years of Bridging China and the World: Artworks of Li Min” presents a series of works that Li had painted over the past 10 years for China Daily newspaper’s global edition.

Venue: Alili Art, inside Nantou Ancient Town, Nanshan District (南山区南头古城内阿哩哩艺术馆)

Abstract paintings

Artist Ma Shuqing is exhibiting his large-scale abstract paintings at the “Above the Plane” exhibition until May 28.
