My adorable little bedroom
    2021-06-16  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

Speaking of my “favorite,” the first thing coming to my mind is always my bedroom. Though it seems small and dim, it is where my most treasured memories belong.

Right next to the door lies a tall wardrobe which contains many of my old clothes. It marks my growth and often reminds me of the past. The wide wooden desk is the focal point of the room. I’ve spent countless hours completing my homework in front of it and it has become my “soulmate.” Many boxes are piled up in the corner of the room, which are full of beautiful postcards from my beloved friends and relatives. Every item in my room has its special sentimental value, and they really mean a lot to me.

From time to time I recall the invaluable moments I had in my bedroom. The comfortable naps I had with my cat resting on my legs, the hard-working hours when I hit books with the determination to receive better grades, the pleasing melody I created with my guitar, and the time I carefully packed the boxes and reviewed what was inside… Whenever I think of these, my heart is always lit with warmth.

The encouragement and assistance my bedroom offers me has guided my life journey. It arouses my passion for whatever may appear and keeps me courageous in times of trouble.

Thank you, my favorite little bedroom, for you treats me with love like my parent and selflessly supports me with friendliness.
