I have been to countless places in the past 10 years, among which California is my favorite. Scenes of that summer, when I traveled to California, are still vivid in my mind. California is a most popular tourist destination. When you wander along the Walk of Fame, the development of modern art in America seems to be flashing in front of your eyes.

In Silicon Valley, you will be amazed by the highly advanced technology, which is well-known all around the world. For energetic youth, it is also a paradise. There are plenty of absorbing theme parks, such as Disneyland, Universal Studios and others. The thrilling speedy roller coasters are ready to take you to the highest.

What’s more, California features its fascinating beaches. The peaceful sea colored with blue is shining from the distance.

Palms are flourishing and seagulls are hovering in the sky. The heavenly scenery shows the unique charm of the West Coast.

However, what attracts me most is its local atmosphere. In the cozy cafes, with the elegant background music, some people are chatting casually with their friends, while others are working or studying.

In the streets, boys and girls who are full of vitality are riding on skateboards. Everyone there seems to lead a life of ease and comfort.

That’s California, a graceful, energetic, and appealing place. And that’s why it captures my heart.
