Tutoring agencies undergo difficult transformation period
    2021-08-11  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

Off-campus tutoring companies are in the thick of figuring out transformation plans to respond to the newly issued guidelines which pledge to adopt a strict approval and supervision system for off-campus tutoring programs featuring curriculum subjects.

Curriculum-based tutoring institutions such as TAL and New Oriental Education need to overcome difficulties in adapting their academic course training to meet the requirements of the guidelines, and breaking out of the tutoring rat race with new strategies.

Some companies have decided to revamp their academic course training services to include new items such as quality education, civil service exam training, and more.

It is vital to note that the new guidelines aim to ease the burden of students undergoing compulsory education. Tutoring companies should keep that in mind and develop a transformation plan that encourages social development while pursuing steady progress of its own business, instead of resorting to the costly method of again “hiring paid netizens or manipulating multiple social media accounts to attract consumers by posting positive online comments.”
