Paintings

“A Hundred Paintings Portray the Glory” is an exhibition running until this Sunday. Some paintings on display are masterpieces by artists such as Xu Beihong (1895-1953), Qi Baishi (1864-1957) and Li Keran (1907-1989).

‘Boundless’

At the “Boundless” exhibition (118 yuan) running until Oct. 1o, visitors will learn the development of the world space industry including China’s latest achievements and can play in several immersive virtual space areas.

Venue: Art Center, Level B1, China Resources Tower, Nanshan District (南山区中国华润大厦B1层美术馆)

‘A Wonderful Journey’

“A Wonderful Journey: An Art Exhibition Dedicated to Kids” is a free exhibition of paintings, installations and videos by 12 Chinese contemporary artists. The exhibition running until Sept. 20 takes “journey” as the theme to invite children to embark on an artistic trip and unleash their imagination. Children can also express themselves by participating in onsite programs.

Venue: C2 Space, North Area, OCT-LOFT, Nanshan District (南山区华侨城创意文化园北区C2展厅)

‘Beyond the Perspective’

In “Beyond the Perspective” running until Aug. 22, 10 Chinese artists present their independent thinking and art styles in the context of globalization.

Venue: Shenzhen Art Museum, inside Donghu Park, Luohu District (罗湖区东湖公园内深圳美术馆)

Metro: Line 5 or 7 to Tai’an Station (太安站), Exit C and then take a taxi

‘Voice of Shenzhen’

Visitors can listen to various sounds recorded in Shenzhen at the “Voice of Shenzhen” exhibition running until this Sunday.
