SHENZHEN Metro Business Management Co. Ltd. (Metro Business), part of Shenzhen Metro Group, officially launched its new business map in Longgang District yesterday.

With the theme “City Pulse • Life Rhyme,” the launch ceremony introduced five new brands focusing on the concept of convergence (“hui” in Chinese), with which Metro Business tries to present a “rail track+” lifestyle, making the Metro properties meeting places for residents that combine technology, convenience for life, future city development and environment-friendliness.

The newly unveiled brands include Metro Huidu for super business complex projects, Metro Huicheng for business complexes, Metro Huili for shopping malls, Metro Huifang for commercial streets inside Metro stations and Metro Huiyi for shops inside Metro stations.

“Since its establishment in 2016, Metro Business has been building rail track-linked life circles, and the new brands aim to cover a variety of business sectors, such as hotels, office buildings, advertising and communications,” said Li Guohua, CEO of Metro Business.

M•Park in Longgang District, a property owned by Metro Business where the launch ceremony was held, was rebranded as Metro Huili (Longgang Store) at yesterday’s event. Featuring a huge shopping center and a sports park, the business complex is Metro Business’ first one-stop shopping and leisure destination.
