PEOPLE celebrated a happy Halloween with pumpkin carving, live music, Halloween makeup, trick or treating, and other fun games Oct. 31. The pictures were taken at restaurants and malls at Mission Hills Resort Shenzhen and Dongguan as well as Sea World Gateway One in Nanshan District.
