Monet’s art

Replicas of Claude Monet’s paintings collected by the Museum of Fine Arts Boston in the United States are on display at an exhibition (200 yuan) until Dec. 15. The exhibition also installs recreated scenes inspired by some of Monet’s iconic paintings.

Kang Haitao’s paintings

Chinese artist Kang Haitao is exhibiting his abstract paintings at the “Fitful Memories” exhibition running until Nov. 17. He borrows styles from traditional Chinese paintings to give his acrylic paintings a mood of peace.

Venue: LAN Gallery, 3/F, O’Plaza, Nanshan District (南山区欢乐海岸购物中心三楼蓝岸画廊)

‘League of Legends’

Shenzhen fans can explore a “League of Legends” carnival at the MixC World until Nov. 21, where you can visit Piltover and be a summoner in some scenes of the game.

‘CINEK — Echo Me’

Visual artist Marcin Porebski from Poland is holding an art exhibition titled “CINEK — Echo Me” (88 yuan) running until Nov. 20. Through dozens of environmental artworks such as collages and installations made of unused items and even trash, Porebski examines life in the pandemic and presents his innovative approaches that change trash into art.

Venue: Jupiter Museum of Art, Futian District (福田区木星美术馆)

Public art

Chinese artists have brought 15 public artworks to the Shenzhen Wave — 2021 Shenzhen Bay Public Art Season running until Jan. 10, 2022. The public art season not only focuses on the artists’ innovative art practice but also stresses the public’s role in the public art.
