A SKIN repair lyophilized powder, the first skincare product marketed in China by Korea PRIM Household & Health Care, has been approved by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). With sodium RNA and protein ingredients, the product can rejuvenate the skin with the effects of fighting inflammation and removing wrinkles and freckles, the Dute News reported. The use of exosomes is a leading new trend this year, as they are widely used in skincare products and for the clinical treatment of skin ailments. Using exosomes to transfer active ingredients to skin cells, the product helps start a natural skin regeneration process, which makes the skin healthier, brighter and smoother, and keeps it hydrated. With company branches registered in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, PRIM’s first product will soon be available on Tmall and other online platforms, Chinese reports said. With technological support from several research institutes that the company didn’t specify , PRIM is researching and developing more products, which they say will be marketed in Japan and Singapore next year.(Li Dan) |
