Blues Theme Park , which was built up in 2021 according to my imagination, aims to arouse people’s interest in blues, a kind of music gradually fading away from people’s view, especially for Chinese.

At the gate, there’s a large model of a cotton field. Not only does it refer to the pain black people used to suffer from, it is also the origin of blues styles, such as Mississippi Blues. Walking through the field, observing the harsh working environment, you will understand why blues music sounds a bit melancholy. Adjacent to the field are several houses, where you can freely play the harmonica and the guitar, the very symbols of blues. After playing them, you will surely be amazed at how accessible and wonderful blues is. Great blues groups in different styles, like B.B.King’s and Stevie Ray Vaughan’s, also put on exciting performances here every week.
