The U.S., Entrepreneur in Qianhai I have gained a new appreciation for life in China and built stronger personal and professional relationships here. I’m very grateful to Shenzhen for hosting me during these pandemic times. I’ve gotten much better at playing badminton, much better at understanding the culture (but I still have a lot to learn), and much better at Chinese (passed HSK2 exam with 193/200 score). I haven’t seen my close friends or family for two years because leaving China means you lose one month of your life. In the next year, I hope for continued success for everyone, less fear of COVID and open borders without quarantine, so we can all enjoy a more open and freer world. |
