Free parking

STARTING Thursday, new energy-powered vehicles can enjoy a free one-hour parking at lots under the government-guided pricing system such as those located in the city’s airport, ports, stations, checkpoints and tourist destinations. In addition, electric vehicles can enjoy a free two-hour parking if they are charged simultaneously in these parking lots.

Electric vehicles can also enjoy a maximum of two hours of free roadside parking, according to a circular released by the Shenzhen Municipal Development and Reform Commission. An electric vehicle is exempted from paying parking fees if it has parked on the roadside for less than an hour and if it is parked in a roadside parking area for less than an hour for a second time on the same day.

Jewelry brands list

SHENZHEN has 21 jewelry brands and 18 business-to business (B2B) jewelry companies on Hurun’s list of Chinese jewelry brands, ranking first in the country, Shenzhen Economic Daily reported.

Shenzhen’s listed jewelry brands include Chow Tai Seng and Kinghood. Hurun Research Institute assessed jewelry brands and B2B enterprises from three aspects — firm size, business strategies and sales channel to select the top 70 Chinese jewelry brands and top 18 B2B companies in the jewelry industry.
