XIASHA Community, Futian District, celebrated their new freedoms and lockdown lifting after 15 days. The lockdown was lifted at 10 p.m. Tuesday and the whole community had been declared a prevention area from midnight. As a result, residents can leave their residential compounds, with the pass issued by the community and negative nucleic acid test results obtained within 24 hours. Due to a few infections amid the recent COVID flare-ups, Xiasha was designated as a control area for COVID-19 on Feb. 22 and later upgraded to a lockdown area, where residents must stay at home, and door-to-door delivery services were provided since March 1. Numerous medical staff, community workers, and volunteers work hard to help the community combat the latest wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. (SD-Agencies) |
