THE Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) Shenzhen Flower Show 2022 opened online Monday for the first time and will run through today. Citizens can visit the show via the WeChat miniprogram “粤港澳大湾区深圳花展.” This year’s GBA Shenzhen Flower Show extends roughly 43,000 square meters. A total of 1,152 new and quality flower species are being presented in Fairy Lake Botanical Garden in Luohu District, the flower show’s main venue, and in Xiangmihu Flower Wonderland in Futian District, the flower show’s subvenue. Themed as “Happy Life in Low-carbon City,” the show has attracted 81 institutions from 13 countries around the world, according to information released by the city’s urban management authority, also the event’s co-organizer.
