THE Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen, and the luxury skincare brand POLA have jointly created a “Secret of the Bloom” afternoon tea. People can indulge in a series of elegant desserts and snacks inspired by the aesthetics of unique flowers and plants.

A highlight of this afternoon tea is the rose litchi raspberry mousse with cherry blossom crème and red velvet sponge. The faint rose scent accompanied by the subtle fragrance of litchi, paired with raspberry gel, and with its layers of delicate sponge, leaves a feeling of sweetness on the tip of the tongue that is rich and silky.

Also recommended are the flower-scented yuzu tea with chocolate lime crème, almond biscuit, and the lily petals candied blueberry yogurt panna cotta.
