CHINESE tourism website Qyer recently unveiled a list of six domestic aerospace destinations for avid space fans.

Different rockets are launched all year round at Wenchang Satellite Launch Center in Hainan Province, Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Sichuan Province, Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in Gansu Province and Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in Shanxi Province. It’s easier for tourists to visit Wenchang and Xichang launch centers to see the marvelous scene of the rocket igniting.

At the Linkspace Rocket Assembly Base in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, one can watch the whole assembly process of a rocket in the workshop and see the rockets and their engines get tested in the open air. Mars Base 1 in the Gobi Desert in Jinchang, Gansu Province, simulates the living environment of astronauts on the planet. (China Daily)
