Li Changlong’s paintings

Chinese artist Li Changlong is exhibiting his abstract paintings until June 24. Li tends to create his own psychological scenery from urban or natural landscapes. As an artist with great technical skills, Li freely integrates all elements on canvas into different pieces of expressive works.

‘Far More Beyond’

Chinese painter Ding Zhixin is exhibiting his paintings at the “Far More Beyond” exhibition through July 10. Looking closely at the brushstrokes in his paintings, there is evidence of both Western abstract composition and Eastern expressive lines. The brush and ink carry a personal history of traveling between the East and the West. The large-scale color collage creates an ethereal sense of space.

A chamber music group consisting of young graduates from prestigious conservatories from home and abroad will perform Ryuichi Sakamoto’s scores from “The Last Emperor,” “Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence,” “The Sheltering Sky” and more.
