On Nov. 6, UNLEASH 2019, with the vision of “Build the world’s leading platform for innovative, scalable solutions to the UN Sustainable Development Goals,” was unveiled in Shenzhen. Over 1,000 talents, facilitators and special guests from over 160 countries gathered in Shenzhen for a weeklong exploration of the topic. The event consisted of five main parts, including an opening ceremony, innovation process, investor meetup, Dragons’ Den, and closing and awarding ceremony.

The UNLEASH event focused on eight SDGs, including good health and well-being, quality education, clean water and sanitation, affordable and clean energy, industry and infrastructure, sustainable cities and communities, responsible consumption and production, and climate action.

With the assistance of facilitators and experts, young talents from all over the world discussed with their teammates the SDGs and proposed innovative solutions.
