DOLLAR General Global Sourcing (Shenzhen), Co. Ltd. recently renewed its place of incorporation contract under the guidance of Shenzhen’s foreign-invested company protection workstation and the Qianhai Authority, said the workstation.

This firm that was established by Dollar General, a U.S.-headquartered chain retailer and Fortune 500 company, registered its office in Qianhai in 2015.

Dollar General Global Sourcing in Shenzhen lately encountered difficulties in extending its contract with Shenzhen Qianhai Business Secretary Company, as the corporate legal person hasn’t registered his or her phone number using real name, while the pandemic prevented the legal person and company’s executives abroad from entering China to handle the issue in person.

In these circumstances, the operation of this Qianhai-based subsidiary would be impacted. After receiving the firm’s message for help, the city’s workstation joined hands with the Qianhai Authority, Shenzhen Qianhai Business Secretary Company and the Electronic One-stop Service Center of Qianhai, offering the company one-on-one counseling.

Via a WeChat group, they guided Dollar General Global Sourcing in each step from identity authentication, information modification to document uploading and submission. The overseas-funded company completed the annual renewal of its incorporation location in one week.

Qianhai’s electronic one-stop service station was initiated by the Qianhai Authority, offering services concerning business registration, account opening and talent subsidies for foreign enterprises in Qianhai.

The city’s 14 workstations were jointly established by the municipal commerce bureau and industry associations to provide overseas companies with policy consultations and subsidy application guidance.
