Tourists watch water gush out of Xiaolangdi Reservoir Dam on the Yellow River in Jiyuan, Central China’s Henan Province, yesterday. The flood and sand flushing created a spectacular scene and attracted many visitors. Heavy rains have struck the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River since July 1.
