A Shenzhen chef makes a Cantonese dish during an online exchange event yesterday. Ten chefs from Shenzhen Pengcheng Technician College and another 10 from the Guangdong Community Federation in Madrid, Spain, took part in the event to share cooking skills. At the Shenzhen venue, teachers and students from the college prepared classic Cantonese dishes while chefs at the Madrid venue prepared Western-style food.   (Story on P3)
