Qianhai offers free accommodations to some interns
    2022-08-01  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

PEOPLE from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who have joined an internship program in Qianhai can apply for a maximum of 45 days of free accommodation starting today, according to Qianhai Authority.

The authority launched this project to address accommodation issues interns from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan face. It will also help attract more youths to join internship programs or work in Qianhai.

Interns applying for accommodations must be Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan residents, and their positions must be offered by Qianhai-registered companies that pay taxes in the area.

Qualified applicants can follow the “前海招聘站” WeChat account for guidance on how to complete the application form and submit their applications via the designated channel.

The free accommodations are provided at a hotel near Exit C of Metro Line 1’s Pingzhou Station. Successful applicants will stay in the hotel’s twin room.

In addition, the hotel offers free water, breakfast, beddings and use of washing machines.
