CHINA Southern Airlines will officially resume the flights between Shenzhen and Singapore this Friday.
This will be the airline’s third international route departing from Shenzhen that resumed in the second half of the year, following the resumption of flights to Dubai and Moscow this July, a release from China Southern Airlines Shenzhen Co. showed recently. The airlines also resumed flights between Shenzhen and Jakarta last year.
According to the operator, flight CZ8047 will depart from Shenzhen at 3 p.m. and arrive in Singapore at 7:15 p.m. Return flight CZ8048 will depart Singapore at 9:15 p.m. and arrive in Shenzhen at 1 a.m.
Passengers are advised to prepare an English version of a valid negative 48-hour nucleic acid test report, or an English certificate of having completed two COVID-19 vaccinations. Due to the procedures for visa checks, passengers are reminded to arrive at Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport two hours ahead of departure. The airlines also reminded passengers to take personal precautions against COVID.
Last week, China’s major airlines announced to increase the number of scheduled international flights. China Southern Airlines will resume scheduled international flights such as Guangzhou-Jakarta, Dalian-Tokyo, Guangzhou-Dubai and Guangzhou-Manila at the end of October.
During the coming winter and spring flight season that will start Sunday, China Southern Airlines will resume more international flights.
China Eastern Airlines, one of China’s three major airlines, will increase flights between Shanghai and Bangkok, Hangzhou and Tokyo, Qingdao and Seoul, and Qingdao and Dubai. Other airlines including Hainan Airlines and Xiamen Airlines, also announced plans to increase international flights soon.
Hainan Airlines will increase 92 domestic routes in the new season and operate 10 international routes including one traveling between Shenzhen and Vancouver. |
