Expats make ‘Bing Dwen Dwen’ with clay
    2022-11-22  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

Renee Connors (in green) and Michael Williams (Male) from the U.S., as well as Shalini Sehgal (in red) from India show the “Bing Dwen Dwen” clay figurines they made during an online class given by the Hongshan International Service Center (HISC) on Sunday night. Under the guidance of clay sculptor Zhang Dengfeng, 14 participants from 11 different countries made their own “Bing Dwen Dwen” figurines, the mascot for the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games. The center has been offering free online and offline Chinese culture classes since April.
