Expats and Chinese residents play African drums Thursday afternoon at the Nanshan International Cultural Exchange & Service Center (NSIC) at Zhaoshang Subdistrict in Nanshan District. The event, titled “A Talking Drum,” was the third session of the series for international cultural month initiated by NSIC, and has attracted 20 participants from various countries including China, Russia and India.
