Huang Runqiu (2nd R), China’s ecology and environment minister, speaks at a ceremonial opening of the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP15) to the U.N. Convention on Biological Diversity in Montreal, Canada, on Tuesday. Shenzhen delegates will share the city’s innovative experience in biodiversity conservation at the meeting that will start Wednesday local time in Montreal, with China as chair.
