Kinmen, Matsu ferry services resume after 3 years
    2023-01-10  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

Passengers prepare to board a ferry to the outlying island of Matsu from Fuzhou, Fujian Province, on Sunday. The ferry services between the coastal areas of Fujian and the outlying islands of Kinmen and Matsu, which are governed by Taiwan authorities, will resume from Saturday to Feb. 6 to meet the needs of people in the islands returning home during the Spring Festival for their family reunions. The ferry services, which were launched in 2001, were suspended by Taiwan authorities in February 2020 due to the pandemic.
