    2023-02-22  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

SHENZHEN will hold a job fair for college graduates at Hall 1 of Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center on April 1. Over 650 enterprises are expected to attend, according to the city’s human resources and social security bureau.

College students who will graduate this year and who have not been employed within two years after graduation, graduates of colleges and universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and overseas students can apply for attending the fair.

Employers registered in Shenzhen and operating normally are also welcome to apply, the bureau said. The application deadline is March 15.

Interested employers are required to provide at least 20 job vacancies. The jobs should be suitable for freshly graduates without requiring work experience. Applications are available at the job fair’s official website http://www.szqjsxh.com/.

The fair will set up six areas specifically for State-owned enterprises, high-tech enterprises, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan talents, specialized and sophisticated enterprises and micro and small-sized enterprises, urgently needed talents and key service enterprises.

In addition, a series of special areas will be set up on the site. For example, the bureau will invite three to five national top-rated universities to the talent service block and provide a platform for university-enterprise cooperation.

In the career guidance area, the organizer will invite human resources experts and career guidance counselors from Shenzhen colleges and universities to provide services such as career guidance and resume analysis for job seekers on site.

The organizer will also arrange special personnel to provide one-on-one policy advisory services for jobseekers in the policy publicity area.

No less than five selected employers will attend a livestream event on the day to recruit talents. National college graduates can submit their resumes online.
