Participants run in the Shenzhen Bao’an Marathon 2022, which kicked off at Haibin Square in Bao’an District at 7:30 a.m. yesterday. A total of 18,000 runners took part in the event. Around 8,000 of them ran the 42.195-kilometer full-length race and 10,000 participated in the 21.0975-kilometer half-length race. Due to the COVID pandemic, the event was halted in 2020 and 2021, and the 2022 event was rescheduled to March this year.
