







HONG KONG saw 102,458 entries by Chinese mainlanders this past Saturday, the first time with more than 100,000 entries by Chinese mainlanders in a single day since the travel between Hong Kong and the mainland fully resumed Feb. 6, according to the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Immigration Department. Hong Kong has rolled out a major promotional campaign since the border reopening as part of its efforts to woo visitors to the city. The “Hello Hong Kong” campaign includes free airplane tickets, free MTR Tourist Day Passes and coupons for high-speed rail tickets and a number of stores.(SD News) |
