EXPATS will be provided the opportunity to learn about issues related to living and working in Shenzhen at the expat service fair, one of the highlight events of the 21st China International Exchange of Professionals (CIEP) that will be held at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center on April 15 and 16.

The expat fair will be held in Hall 6 and will be divided into three parts, including exhibitions featuring international and talent blocks, a job fair for expats and intermediary services such as taxation, housing and language learning, according to a release from the official WeChat account of the organizer, the Shenzhen International Exchange Center.

The 20 international blocks, which were announced in March by the Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office, will showcase a livable environment for expats. The city’s 13 talent blocks will also showcase their achievements and measures in cultivating international talents.

For the expat career fair, the organizer will gather international schools, higher learning and research institutes, and enterprises to offer job opportunities for foreign talents seeking jobs in China.

The organizer will also invite intermediary institutions to offer consultations over policies covering various sectors like work permits and visas.
