Simon Collins, former dean of the School of Fashion at Parsons School of Design in New York, gives a speech at the World Designers Congress during the 2023 Shenzhen Design Week, which opened at the Bay Opera of Shenzhen in Bao’an District on Thursday. Well-known designers from more than 30 countries and regions attend the opening ceremony of the event.
